Introduction to BENLING Production Line

The BENLING Automatic Assembly Line (BAAL) commenced operation in 2019, underwent comprehensive validation in 2021, and achieved a production output of 480 units per shift over an 8-hour period.

BAAL incorporates a variety of error prevention and inspection measures, including data acquisition servers, servo hydraulic presses, temperature sensors, infrared depth sensors, camera-based material inspection systems, robots, and grating systems, to ensure uniformity in component assembly dimensions.

All tooling boards used in BAAL are equipped with RFID chips linked to QR codes, enabling precise tracking of assembly step dimensions down to specific dates and batch numbers via MES servers and warehouse ERP systems.

BAAL takes into account the average physique of Chinese operators to ensure comfortable operation under low muscular intensity dynamics. All vulnerable and regularly maintained components are strategically positioned for optimal accessibility.

The acceptance criteria for BAAL encompass indicators related to employee comfort such as formaldehyde concentration, air flow rate, oxygen content, humidity, and water temperature. Additionally, all workstations are equipped with grating systems, emergency stop buttons, and infrared detection devices to ensure the personal safety of all employees.

Furthermore, BAAL commits to maximizing the use of recycled materials to reduce resource wastage and carbon emissions, demonstrating its commitment to environmental protection and sustainable development.
